Flower Stickers

I feel like there are way
less stickers being used
on cards these days.  So
I broke out some old
Close To My Heart
stickease & made a card
with them.  How will
I ever use up all my old
supplies otherwise???

I put the flower stickers on,
added glitter brads & some
leaf punches.  That pretty

This next card uses a rainbow
ink pad.  I love the pastel colors.

A few Copic markers added
some zip to the chevrons!

Purple & Blue

Check out the colors for
 monthly blog challenge...

I had fun with this one
with it's rich tones of
purple & blue.

This stamp is from
Unity's KOM 7/14.

The streaks of color
was simply dashes of
my Copic markers!
It's an easy, unique
"artsy" background.

Soft Scarf

The SOFT SCARF challenge
at Curtain Call is pretty unique.

 I'm digging those colors together!

Here are a few cards
made in this theme:

This circle frame and
sentiment are from
I love that the circle
 can be stamped in a
different color.
The sentiments and frames
can be mix & matched.

I love this bow stamp

The sweet framed sentiment is
from a Unity brand "grab bag".

Tulips

I'm sharing two different cards,
using one stamp.
It is from the June 2014
Kit of the Month,
but Unity Stamp Company.

Here is one with tons of color!
They make me dream of spring.

This is my simple black & white wedding card,
with only a peek of red.

Winter Wishes

Well I survived a long
holiday weekend at a
water park with the kids.
Now I'm back to enter
some blog challenges!

challenge is Winter Wishes.
So I'm sharing one of MY
favorite winter hobbies.

It's a shame we lack
snow here this year!
Last year we had
so much we didn't
know where to
move it to!

The "snow" flashcard
is from the
I've been hoarding
them for a long
time & was thrilled
to break out
these goods.

Many Things

I love the Unity brand older Kit of the Month
and SMAK sets.  Many of the stamps are
inspiring sayings.  Here is an example:

I'm a bit of a hoarder, because I'm in love with
almost everything!  I collect old hose nozzles,
toy metal horses, padlocks, depression glass,
vases, suitcases, bottles, baskets, jars,
pottery, planters, keys, coins, books,
crates, totes, agates, and more.

This tag is going in my craft room.
It proves that there are more people,
just like me.  Some folks just have
a passionate heart, and love "stuff".
Do you have a collecting personality?

in my bin, which is always
busting at the seams!

The stamp is Unity brand.
I am using up old black
Smash brand tape.

Chevron Suitcase

I have a rather simple stamped tag to share
with you, but it is on a much bigger project!

This old suitcase was crying for a makeover.
So I gave it a major paint job.

IN PROGRESS:

AFTER:

This boring luggage turned sassy home
decor wouldn't be complete without
an inspiring tag of wisdom!

The stamp is from the Chalk It Up SMAK 3/13 kit.

Winter Wonder

is very appropriate for my
chilly location in Minnesota
right now...

We need more snow here,
but sure have plenty of ice!
There is over a foot
on our little lake.

My card for this challenge
features the some subtle tones.

gray & tan

I like a good seasonal birthday card!
It turned out kind of shabby.

All the stamps are old
Close to my Heart

Thanks for stopping by!

Vintage Hand

I just love the vintage pointing hand image
in Unity's SMAK 3-13 kit.

The sentiments are from He's a Wordy Buck.

That background die cut is Tim Holtz.

Here is another variation, with a Bobunny
paper frame.  The stamp is Feather Flight.

Thanks for stopping here,
for my first blog post of 2015!
