Juniper

I never know what to call that
pale teal color., but my favorite
ink pad names it "Juniper".
The monthly challenge from
yellow, Juniper and tan.
These soft spring tones
turned out to be a glorious
combination!

This bird card uses
an itty bitty set.

It's been a tricky set for me to
use, but I like how this one turned out!

If you like the old fashioned look,
this stamp set is the one for you!

I used a strip of washi tape on this one.
The butterfly was colored with Copic markers.

This old Ippity set had the cutest chick.

It's called Sweet Thoughts of  Spring.
The scallops, words & chick
used here are all part of the set.

SPRING chick

I am so very ready for spring.
My cards are starting to show it!

This cute little guy is from
I did some tone on tone
flower stamps.  That
flower punch was a cheap
tool from Walmart.  It's been
coming in pretty handy!
I colored the bird with
Copic markers.

Thanks for stopping by!

Dictionary

I have a slight obsession with vintage items.
Making cards with some old dictionary pages
just seemed like a fun idea!

The cute camera stamp is from

I colored it with Copic markers.

It helps to use a dictionary that is slightly old.
If the books TOO old, the pages are very brittle.

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great Wednesday.

Vintage Greetings

I've taken on a new quest.
My aunt gave me hundreds of
vintage greeting cards.
So now I've been inspired to
cut bits & pieces from them
to create new cards with
vintage flair!

They are from around 1940.

Most were anniversary theme.
I've had to work around a lot of bells,
but have salvaged many flowers!

All stamps used are from
