*PRAY*

Today I'm sharing a fun project using a garage sale frame (.50)
& some fabulous Tea For Two Cosmo Cricket paper.
This project qualifies for the Two Peas In A Bucket challenge.
Head over there to view more Cosmo Cricket creations!

Vintage frames are hard not to love.
This one came empty & screamed "make me pretty"!
 So I obliged!

The Cricut cut letters are from the Elegant Cakes cartridge.

How pretty is that frame?

And old?

Yes indeed!

These vintage stamps were on the back of the cardboard!

I thought a nice touch to finish my project off was
to use the eye hooks that were in the frame.

Three colors of ribbon helped blend it all together.

Thanks for stopping by.

I hope I've inspired you to

Sweetest Day

Here are two cards made with Unity's Sweetest Day.
The cute paper is Jillibean Soup's Coconut Lime.

CC36

If you look carefully,
you can see I stamped the strawberry twice
on 2 different colored cardstocks for the first one.
I cut them both out & pieced it together.
I only colored in the dots.

The second card was stamped on white & colored with Copics.

Which do you like better?

GOD BLESS AMERICA

QUICK POST HERE, TO SHARE MY PATIOTIC FRAMED CREATION!

I GOT THIS FRAME AT A THRIFT STORE FOR $1.
IT WAS BROWN & HAD IN IT DRIED FLOWERS (UGLY!)
I PAINTED IT WHITE & SANDED IT A BIT FOR DISTRESSING.

USING MY CRICUT & THE STAND AND SALUTE CARTRIDGE,
I CUT THE PHRASE & STARS. TACKY GLUE HOLDS IT ALL IN PLACE.

THE BLUE GLITTER PAPER GIVES IT SOME BLING!

HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY!
THANKS FOR STOPPING BY MY BLOG!

Plant Stake

It's so refreshing to break away from the norm & create something else.  Instead of a card or layout, I'm sharing with you a gift I made for my mother-in-law's birthday.

This pretty gerbera daisy was lacking style in it's black greenhouse pot.  My quick remedy was to sew a circle of Cosmo Cricket fabric & tie it up around the pot with some cut ribbon.

The plant stake uses a kabob skewer & several Unity stamps.  The lovely scallop frame is co-branded with Webster's Pages.  The Ippity stamp is You Deserve The Best.  I stamped the frame twice & sandwiched it back to back with the stick in it.  It works good to use 3D pop dots to adhere the two shapes.

Dad's Day

Did you all have a good Father's Day?  We managed to get out on our lake & catch a few little fish.

I know showing you these cards is not exactly timely, but they're good masculine based ideas.

I used the Cricut for this duck & some photo real lake paper.

I colored in this Stampin' Up pheasant with Copics.

The next one is more sophisticated, using Graphic 45 paper.

The last card shown here is my favorite.
The stamps are Ippity.

In case you're wondering, I don't have 6 fathers!
I just keep my craft booth stocked with various holiday card options!

Hope you had a great Dad's Day with your dad or hubby!

CTMH Grad Cards

Using these cute checklist style stamps from Close To My Heart,
I created some fun graduation cards.

I used two colors of ink and it turned out great.
I have to remind myself to do that more often.
