Tissue Ruffles

For this project I used the background stamp called Gurnsey Gingham. The flower tags are Close To My Heart. The paper is Pink Paisley's Daily Junque.  I like that line because it's kind of unusual. The twine & die cuts are also that brand. At Scrapfest 2011, I learned to make tissue paper ruffles.  They're fun to make & you don't see this technique used much yet!
