Love 2 Sew

I made a unique sewing room sign using a vintage toy ironing board.  I kept the original aged fabric & added CTMH brand scrapbook paper, border flowers, & Cricut letters.

Flower Stamp

Wow.... I love the colors in Echo Park's So Happy Together paper! It seemed so fitting for a sweet, flowery girl card.  It qualifies for Two Peas In A Bucket's Friday Card challenge which requires stamping a flower.

I cut the patterned paper edges for a honeycomb border.  The green fabric tape holds on the sentiment, which is Ippity's Just Wanted To Say.  The fab flower is stamped with You + Me = Bliss.  A few leaves were punched with a Martha Stewart tool.

Glitter is super messy.  So I've recently decided that just a little goes a long ways.  Any card with glitter seems to sell quick from my craft booth.  It does look super pretty.

I used my Copic markers to color a bit of pink & yellow on the flower.

Bikes

I broke out my new box of My Mind's Eye preprinted cards.  The idea of stamping a "his" & "hers" bikes seemed fitting for the Unity "I DO" Challenge.  I like it so well, I might have to make a few more like this!

Wedding cards seem hard and even boring, so this was a fun tweak on the theme!  The stamp set is You + Me = Bliss.  It's on sale right now at Two Peas In a Bucket.  I'm using this stamp set again tomorrow in a challenge over at Two Peas, so stop back here!

The heart is a metallic brad.  I also 3D pop dotted the sentiment.  Decorative scissors gave me scallop border edges.

*PRAY*

Today I'm sharing a fun project using a garage sale frame (.50)
& some fabulous Tea For Two Cosmo Cricket paper.
This project qualifies for the Two Peas In A Bucket challenge.
Head over there to view more Cosmo Cricket creations!

Vintage frames are hard not to love.
This one came empty & screamed "make me pretty"!
 So I obliged!

The Cricut cut letters are from the Elegant Cakes cartridge.

How pretty is that frame?

And old?

Yes indeed!

These vintage stamps were on the back of the cardboard!

I thought a nice touch to finish my project off was
to use the eye hooks that were in the frame.

Three colors of ribbon helped blend it all together.

Thanks for stopping by.

I hope I've inspired you to

Sweetest Day

Here are two cards made with Unity's Sweetest Day.
The cute paper is Jillibean Soup's Coconut Lime.

CC36

If you look carefully,
you can see I stamped the strawberry twice
on 2 different colored cardstocks for the first one.
I cut them both out & pieced it together.
I only colored in the dots.

The second card was stamped on white & colored with Copics.

Which do you like better?
