Happy Winter

I found a new blog challenge on Hiding In My Scraproom.  The theme is to use blue.  I wanted to try out my new Tim Holtz embossing folders, so here is what I came up with:

Using Close To My Heart cardstock: I dry embossed the snowflakes, then sanded the raised portion, then punched scallop squares. The brown paper is GCD & the stamp is Paper Salon.  To finish it: there were tiny snowflakes, gems & fake stitching added.
