Dive Into Summer

I normally try and stay away from single photo layouts, since I'm so far behind on scrapbooking.  However, this photo deserved it's own layout. It is so rich in color.  BoBunny's Barefoot & Bliss collection was the perfect line to use for such a fun summer theme.

Before you give me too much credit, I have to admit that this was a scraplift.  Take a look at KimberlyNeddo's gallery.  Below is the layout I copied.  I even stuck with the Kraft paper background.

She is inspiring to me.  The challenge at Two Peas In A Bucket was to imitate a fellow "pea's" layout for a chance to win $5 in store credit.  I'm also doubling up and going by the current All Things Unity 3way challenge criteria. It requires the use of a rub-on, stamp & embellishment.  I couldn't grasp how to accomplish this on a card, so I decided to make a page instead.  The banner is my new Itty Bitty Unity stamp from Pine City Scrapbooking Company.  The great array of stamp pad colors were all Close To My Heart.

I adore banners!

Rub-on border, made into corner!

BoBunny chipboard elements!

Hand cut flowers from patterned paper!
